In the Oroox platform, there are two types of users: Backoffice users (your employees) and end-users (your customers). In this section, you can view and filter both user types and assign roles to them.
If you assign multiple roles to a user, their permissions will be the cumulative result of all assigned roles.
To manage users' roles:
- Select User Management from the menu bar.
- Find the particular user from the list and click on their name.
- Under Roles, click inside the input field to see the available roles, and click on the role you want to assign to the user.
- Click Save.
