Customizing the registration form
There are two different pages along the user registration flow where you can prompt users with registration forms. The first is on the Quoting page, where users configure their parts to get a price. The second is on the first page of the checkout flow, which follows the Quoting page.
To customize the registration form:
- Select User Flow Settings from the menu bar.
- Drag and drop the registration fields into the desired form/page.
- To make a field mandatory, toggle the Required switch on.
- To remove a field from any form, drag it to the left-most column.
- Click Save.
Note: An obligatory field is required by Oroox to be present in one of the forms as it collects system-critical data.
Setting the authentication point
There are three points in the user journey where you can require sign-up or sign-in:
- Authentication required upon landing on the webpage.
- Authentication needed to click 'Calculate' and view the price after uploading a drawing.
- Authentication required to proceed to checkout after viewing the price.
To set the authentication point:
- Select User Flow Settings from the menu bar.
- Select one of the three options of authentication.
- Click Save.
