You can create a Cost Center, which can then be assigned to manufacturing operations in the Rule Management section. This binding allows you to provide the unit costs and margins for each operation. The Oroox platform comes with predefined Cost Centers for each operation, already assigned out of the box.

You can also define unique IDs for each Cost Center, which can be used in ERP integrations.

To add a new Cost Center:

  1. Select Cost Centers from the menu bar.
  2. Click on the Add Cost Center button.
  3. Input the parameter values.
    • Margin is optional as your profits may be included in the cost itself
  4. Click Save.

To assign a Cost Center to a manufacturing operation:

  1. Select Rule Management from the menu bar.
  2. Select the manufacturing operation from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on the Edit Parameters button.
  4. Select the appropriate Cost Center.
  5. Click Save.
