Setting Exculuded Shipping/Working Dates

Shipping Terms (days) are calculated based on weekdays. In addition to weekends, you can exclude national and company-specific holidays. These excluded dates will not count towards lead times. The shipping date selection calendar that the end-user sees will also be adjusted accordingly, making those dates unselectable. 


To exclude days:

  1. Select Shipping Mamangement > Excluded Shipping Dates from the menu bar.
  2. Select the Market Group you wish to exclude days from the dropdown.
  3. Click on the calendar days you wish to exclude.
    • All excluded days will appear in the right panel, where you can undo your changes by removing them from the list.
  4. Click Save.
