Activating the Help Widget and the Support Ticket system

Oroox Validation Rules check the manufacturability of parts/drawings uploaded by your clients. If an error is thrown for an uploaded part, it indicates that the part is not manufacturable, thereby blocking the end-user's ordering journey.

If you enable the Help Widget, it automatically activates the Support Ticketing System, facilitating one-way communication between you and the blocked client. In case the client is blocked to proceed to checkout due to an error, they can leave a message through the help widget at the quoting point, and you will see this message in Backoffice > Support page, along with the drawing file causing the error and other relevant information.


To enable the Help Widget and the Support System:

  1. Select Widget Settings from the menu bar.
  2. Toggle the Help Widget's switch on.
  3. Click Save.
